Swamp Shield™ Returns & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Due to the nature of personal care products, we cannot accept returns of used or opened items. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support@swampshield.com. Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted. Accepted returns will receive a shipping label and instructions.
We reserve the right to deny any and all returns or offer in store credit as a substitution for any and all purchased item/s returned to Swamp Shield™.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Opened or used personal care items (including Swamp Shield™ balm)

Perishable goods

Custom products

Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

Exchanges
Need a different item? The fastest route is to place a new order after your return is accepted.
🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For EU customers: you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery — no reason needed. Items must be unused and in original condition with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm if it’s approved. If so, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing may add a few days.
If it’s been over 15 business days since approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@swampshield.com.
