Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

We offer customers the flexibility to choose one-time purchases or recurring subscriptions where applicable.

Subscription Cancellations:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.

• To cancel, log into your account and follow the cancellation instructions under “Manage Subscriptions,” or email us at support@swampshield.com.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

One-Time Purchases:

• Orders for one-time purchases may only be canceled if the request is submitted before the item has shipped.

• Once an item has been fulfilled or shipped, the purchase is subject to our Returns Policy.
